Can't seem to find info on this anywhere.
I switched out the Carter ABS comp carb from my 79 F250 400 CID, Automatic trans and cruise control to this Edelbrock 1406 carb. Installed the Ford throttle adapter and unfortunely cannot find a good place to install the Cruise control chain. Everyone seems to be stumped by this as I've seen no good answer yet.
Someone must have a picture of how this has been handled!!
The Carter carb I had must have been a built for Ford unit and not universal for say, throttle shaft was designed to fit all added on features, Trans kick down, throttle shaft and cruise control.
