Can you test the VSS signal at the PCM connector?

IM NEW HERE THANKS FOR THE ADD GUYS! IM Looking for PCM connector pinout 1995 ford f150 5.8 E4OD TRANS appreciate any help. Trying to see if theres a way to test the VSS signal at the pcm pretty sure it goes through the PSOM before going to the PCM. Just wondering if testing the negative and positive PSOM wires would verify that the VSS signal was getting to the PCM Thanks in advance Guys

You could ohm the vss an then hook it back up the ohm the wire to compare the readings.

Is there any danger of frying any wires when doing this?

Should fry any thing as long as you probe the correct pins.

No danger at all testing the wires or sensor
