I am new to the site. I'm having trouble with 2004 5.4 vin 5. I purchased a used engine, put new main bearings in it and dropped it in my truck. at a idle everything sounds and runs smoothly, but when driving if it wasn't under any kind of load engine would chatter. I broke down and put new timing chain kit and replaced both cam phasers. Now I have the same chatter/tapping when rpms r free and still when I open throttle all the way it spits and cuts out please help!!!!!
