I'm always on the lookout when I'm watching a movie that was made in '78-'79 for a brand new Bronco that one of the characters might drive in the picture.
Today I was watching "The China Syndrome" (on AMC, Direct TV). The movie was made in 1979 and at the first of the movie this sweet looking, brand new red/orange over white Bronco comes rolling up. There's just something about seeing a brand new (not restored) vehicle that you really love.
Also, I know this is a Bronco discussion, but in the movie "Living Proof: The Hank Williams Jr. Story" there is either a 78 or 79 F150 (again, brand new) that pulls up to the cabin in the mountains - you only get a brief glimpse of it but it's beautiful.
Do any of you guys know of any other movies that feature a brand new Bronco?
If all this seems to point to the fact that I'm a true redneck from Alabama, well, that would be correct.
There are worse things, I guess...
I hope everyone has a good weekend!
