ball joint press question.

I'm going to be doing ball joints on my 97 F350 crew 2wd. Question is will I need any other adapters then why comes with the press?

I've used the normal O'Reilly's rent-a-press, and all of the ordinary adapters worked like a charm. Don't expect to need any extras or specialty tools.
