Machine or transmission shops will often balance drive shafts as well. If they don't, they should at least be able to tell you who does. Call around.

Some off road shops can balance them too... there's one around here that does gears and builds and balances driveshafts.

Put your vehicle on a rack, while an assistant puts it in gear, spin the shaft up (60-70 mph), holding a piece of chalk or tire crayon next to the shaft, gradually get closer until it contacts. Where it makes the mark is the "heavy" side. Use a hose clamp, and put the "screw" across from the mark. Continue this process until the mark gets random, then you're balanced.

Thanks for all the responses. Unfortunately, I don't have a rack to put my truck on, so will check the yellow pages...

If you don't get anything from the yellow pages, ask around at local speed shops or offroad shops.
