Awesome FINDSSSSSSS

Got a tip yesterday on 2 77 f150 45 mins down off the highway at a cabin. Happend to be in the area last night and found out that a buddy of mine just recently bought the cabin. Went over to have a look and there was 2 77 f150 and a 72 f150 better news again they are just sitting there and he has no use for them so i can use them for whatever parts i need i believe one of them is two tone so i may have a full lower race track trim now WHAT A SCORE

Those kinds of finds are awesome. It's crazy how in some areas people don't care much about these trucks and are willing to just give em away, but other areas, you can't find any and the ones you do people want a ton of money for junk.

No such thing as a 1972 F150. F150 introduced in 1975.

Tu-tone paint has nothing to do with Race Track mouldings unless it's a 1977 XLT or 1978/79 XLT or Lariat...the only years/models to offer these mouldings.

NOTE: With Race Track mouldings, the quarter panel (bedside) upper mouldings are specific to Race Track mouldings only.

These mouldings have a special end that allows the vertical mouldings to connect the upper mouldings to the lower mouldings.

Oh i apologize for the 72 f150 that is what i found the truck under in google i was unaware of that. I know that Tu-tone doesnt have anything to do with the lower race track mouldings what i meant by that is that this truck i was looking at has the lower track and my truck also has it but mine is missing the passenger door lower track so i might end up with a full set.
