Almost put out a call for help today.

Our youth group left at 9:30 last night for Everett and an Acquire the Fire seminar in the area. Our church youth bus is an old school bus - '85 Ford B600 with the infamous 370 ci engine.

Snoqualmie got the best of the waterpump and they called me this am from North Bend saying they were loosing coolant. They managed to limp it in to Everett and the drivers changed the wp in the parking lot of the motel they're staying in. Back up and running this afternoon.

I knew it was questionable, so I sent along a new pump plus 2 gal of antifreeze, tools and a 5 gal bucket. Good thing!

It was nice to know you all were there if needed.

I'm almost sure someone would have been able to help out, in spirit that is!!!

What???? You wouldn't volunteer to help change a waterpump on the front of a schoolbus in the rain?

I'm just glad I was 500 miles away........
