95 Lincoln Mk VIII idle issue

Corvetteforum buddy has a '95 Lincoln Mark VIII. Car's been sitting awhile. It will start, runs fine, but won't idle without foot on the gas. Not throwing and codes. Fuel filters just replaced. Any ideas?

Some people have had pretty good luck cleaning 'em (me included), others find they just crud right up again and it's better to replace.
