ivgot a 1993 ford f150 2wd that i want to make in to a towing truck could it haul a goose neck trailer if i put the one ton rear duely rear end and springd i have? and what is the tow reteing being all stock?

Id just go buy ya a 1 ton itll be alot easier. The frame isnt as heavy duty on a half ton thats partly why they have differnt weight rating.

Upgrading the rear axle will not cover all bases. You will still have a few light duty points in the system. For example the front brakes and the frame will not be up to the job.
