I also have a 91 explorer and im having a problem with it. First off there was a problem with it blowing the ecm fuse i think i got that fixed. Now it will drive and when its cold the transmission dont **** to overdrive. Other thing u hit the brakes and radio volume goes down not on radio mind u the in speakers. Also when its warm outside it acts like it vapor locks and dont want to run at all. It pops and backfires not sure whats wrong with it. i put a new fuel pump in and it runs worse now that with the old one. Now i think the starter is going out since if u cross it at starter once it i will sometime start with key. yes i know about the one on fender u cross it there it just clicks if its that its cheap other wise starter is 100 bones to that 10 silnode. But any info would help Thanks
