91 Bronco help

Hello I am helping my buddy work on his 91 Bronco it has a 302 I believe an E40D the automatic BW1356 I think and 8.8. The transfer case motor is stuck in 4 low and he bought a new motor from " Jeff's Bronco Graveyard" and the wiring harness is different from what came out of the Bronco. So he purchased a whole non Running Bronco with the 300. Will the transfer case from the 300 Bronco fit in the 91 without any issues?( The parts Bronco has a manual TCase )
Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

If it was my choice, I'd swap the whole thing INCLUDING the 300. But the short answer is yes, it will work. You will have to cut the carpeting on the "hump" to reveal the plate that covers the hole in the floor where the manual shift lever passes through. The plate is the same size and shape as the shift boot bezel that bolts to the floor around the base of the t-case shift lever.
