im thinkin about picking up a 1983 ford f250 automatic 6.9 diesle bbut the bad thing is that it needs cab mounts cab coners and rockers and fenders im not shure how solid the back bottom of the cab is i found all the parts on lmc truck for 490 bucks and i found a 71 f250 cab and nose for 200 would the 71 cab and nose bolt rite up to the 83 frame if not how much would it take to make it fit

No . have to fab cab mounts , bumper mounts , Linkage changes etc.

I'd go newer cab and put older dash in it . Or get a 79 truck and put the diesel in it . The 79 would have solid front axle .

would the cab fit a 77 cuz i have one with a good frame that i want to put a diesle in
