71 F-100 Door locks

Ive been trying to locate a set of matching set of door lock and ignition. and LMC Trucks doesnt offer a set for these years of trucks. Does anyone know of anyone else who makes a replacement set of locks for this truck?

There's always the salvage yard and pick up the locks and cylinder from a truck...
