i HAVE JUST SCORED A ONE OWNER 1970 F-100 4X4 IN RUNNING CONDITION FOR $800.00. THE GUY WHO SOLD IT TO ME HAD NEVER EVEN TAKEN THE TITLE OUT OF THE ORIGINAL MVD ENVELOPE. It has the standard issue 360 with the in/out single speed tranfer case, Warn hubs, minor rust in the usual spots, some damage on left rear ...bed, (not really 1/4 panel on this old work horse) I had almost bought a similar one down in denver, but chickened out because the cab mounts are rusted out completley. This one has been sitting in a snow bank with just the top of the cab showing when I finally got curious enough to knock on a few doors. The owner is in his 80's, laid up for good and was just thinking he ought to sell the pickup to someone who will enjoy it as much as he has when I knocked on his door!! I am stoked! I grew up driving a '72 f-100 4x2, then had a 76 highboy 4X4, an 83 f-150 4x2, a 94 f-150 4x4, a 2000 ranger 4x4 (bought new) a 95 f-150 4x4 Eddie Bauer (still have that one, needs tranny) a 2006 EB Explorer and currently owe the bank for an 07 expedition
