Is it true you have to remove the radiator to replce this belt? Also, is there a special tool to release the tension pulley to replace the alternator?

Feel at the bottom of the tensioner. There is a little "flap" of metal. Having someone pull on the belt (toward the fender) at the same time, you push the "flap" under the catch. Radiator does not need to be removed, but the shroud needs to go.Is it true you have to remove the radiator to replce this belt?
