i saw this on Youtube and had to share. i got a few questions have any of yall done this? secondly he says it will cause no damage but is that for sure?
lol. ok im gonna check mine. cause idk if the person who swapped the motors in my truck kept the original throttle cable which is very possible. and if he did then its got 302k on it.It won't hurt nothin'...but it'll only help if your cable is, in fact, stretched out. I verified that well past 200k miles the throttle on my Ranger opens fully, so it's not a given that they stretch out enough to be an issue, over time.
*It'll give a placebo effect, too, though...the pedal will be higher off the floor, so it'll kinda "feel" more powerful.
