In getting 5" of vacuum at the drivers side hub and 20"of vacuum at the pass side tried a new solenoid nothing changed i can't find any leaks in the lines any ideas?

I wonder if you could put low air pressure on the system and then spray leak detector on everything.

The 5" sounds right, the 20" sounds like its tapped in directly to engine vacuum. Trace the 20" side.
