351w warm start problems

ok. so i have a 351 windsor in my 83 f250 and it starts after sitting for a while and drives as long as you want to. when you turn it off, it acts like there is not enough amps to start. the battery is brand new. Ijust replaced the starter cylinoid, and the voltage regulator. all brand new. yet it still starts really hard when it gets warm. it cranks over normal for like 1 spin and then starts to slow down fast. sometimes it starts sometimes it won't.

Also carefully check all your battery, solenoid and starter connections as well as the cables themselves.
