351w balance

Hello my question is wether all kind of morots from 72 to 85 on the 351 Windsor's are the same balance as in do they require the same harmonic balancer and flywheel??

All 351w have a 28 oz. imbalance. 302 form the 70s do too. Later 302s have a 50 oz imbalance.
