2010 Ford Fusion

Wife's having problems with her fusion. It's a 2010 Fusion 4cyl. with about 16,000 miles. It's on it's 3rd serpentine belt and now this one is starting to squeal. Dealer actually called Ford the last time and they said to just replace the serpentine again.

Are there any tsb's or recalls for this? This shouldn't be happening and makes me think something might not have been put together right at the factory. Have any of you tech's seen or heard of anything similar to the issue we're having?

Usually, when I've seen this, its the p/s pulley doing it. Look at the shaft where it sticks out of the pulley. It should be flush. If its put on too shallow, or too deep, the belt can ride "half a tooth off".
