2005 6.0L ABS light on

Wondering if anyone has seen this issue before. On the last two tow trips while cruising at speed @ 60 mph, I noticed the speedometer all the sudden drop to 0 for 10-15 sec then the ABS light come on and the speedometer then recovers. On the first trip and time it happened the ABS light stayed on for @ 20min until we pulled into a rest stop and was on for @ 5 min when we started back up and left. This trip it happened @ 1 hr from home and ABS light is still on at this point. Everything seems to be running OK except for the ABS light.

In particular, have you pulled codes using FORScan so you can access the extended PID's?
