Wonder where I can get my hands on one of these? Been searching online and can't find one.

The ford parts website - fordparts.com lists that part with a part number 46410. Drill down using the year, make, model, trim, then select the body category, then the tailgate subcategory. Looks like they are asking $100 for the part.

The other option would be a good used one at a parts yard. I'm sure that same part # covers several different years.
