2003 E250 Cargo Van Issue

My 2003 E250 Cargo Van was Lacking power on acceleration, so I had Ford Diagnose the Problem, They Said it needed a Coil Pack & #5 plug was Fowled. So I took it home and Replaced the Items, It run's crappier than it did. now, Totally lacking power. Is there a Sequence of shifting or Reset of some kind to make the Computer recognize the new parts ? Thanks

Well there is not really any thing to make the computer to recognize new parts. I assume the check engine light was on do you know what codes were stored??? As far as low on power it could be a number of things like clogged cats, dirty mass air flow, low compression, low fuel pressure...... Codes would be a big help in diagnosing the problem
