For awhile now I have had a problem with starting my truck. The battery is fine but the dome light stays on after the door is shut and it wont start upon my return. It has the symptoms of a dead battery but when I hook up the jumper cables it starts the lights are bright and it starts immediately. I think it might be related to the door ajar light since it comes on intermittently and seems to be related. Has anyone else had this problem. Its a great truck and I ve had it all over the country. Don't want to dump it or have to go to the dealership since its intermittent, it would be fine when I got there. Thanks.
