Hello I have a 2000 f250 that wont start with key. I can jump the relay and will start and run. I have tested starter relay, neutral safety switch, ignition switch and clutch pedal position safety jumper and all were good. According to wiring diagram power comes from red and blue wire from ignition switch into fuse box to fuse #21. That wire has power but fuse does not. I have replaced gem module and still nothing. When I jump the pink and white wire that is supposed to have power from fuse box with blue and red wire from ignition switch the truck will start with key. The only other thing I can think of is the actual fuse box which is no longer available from ford and virtually impossible to find at any wrecking yards. Does anyone have any suggestions of what else it can be or where I could get a fuse box?
