1999 f250 v10 major loss of power

I have a 1999 f250 v10. Recently it has developed a lose of power and a skip while driving. I originally thought it was a fuel issue so I replaced the fpr and fuel pump along with the fuel filer and fuel pump relay but it didn’t fix it. It has a exhaust leak at the manifold so I was a little concerned that it might have a burnt valve but I don’t know. It also has new spark plugs a couple months ago and plug boots. If anyone has any idea I would appreciate the help!
