Hey everyone. I've got a '99 F250 (Not a superduty) extra cab with 160k miles on it. This is my 6th Ford f-series or Bronco in the last 30 years, I just keep coming back. So I'm having intermittent starting problems. I'm reasonably sure its the fuel pump relay (which I just replaced about a year ago). Sometimes when I turn the key it fires right up, other times I turn the key and do not hear the fuel pump cycle, and then of course it wont start. (Numerous little electrical problems - wipers go on by themselves, odometer not always visible, etc. ) I have no diagrams or manuals to tell me which relay would be the correct one. The diagrams in various repair manuals are of no use because all they show is the fuse/relay layout for super-duty. If anyone out there can tell me which relay it would be, or any other ideas I'd appreciate it. Dont wanna spend the bucks on a new fuel pump if thats not the problem. Thanks.
