1997 f250 headlight assembly

is it possible to take the plastic mount the headlights are mounted on without taking the headlights off ? because the two lower nuts are rusted beyond removal

No.. Have to get the rest of the assembly out first..

that means i will be breaking the lower studs on both headlight buckets ! hope i can repair or replace them rust rust and more rust plus poor design ty for your response
