Found it while doing my daily rounds through the "list". I've had a rig do it before too but it was the fix he already tried...


Figure if I can come up with something simple for an idea to fix it might see if I can get a bit of a loan, pick it up, fix it, drive it for a bit, then sell it...


Any ideas from our resident mechanics???

Engine needs 3 things to run, air, fuel & spark. This could be a chafed wire, loose wire, fuel pump problem, bad sensor etc. It is going to take some step by step diagnostics of the electrical and fuel system. But for $250 and some of your time i would think you could get it running cheaply and make a buck.

I wouldn't dig into that bonneville. My folks had a 95. The thing was a mechanical disaster. I think the final nail in the coffin was a cracked head.
