1987 Flareside: How rare is it?

Hello! I recently purchased a 1987 flareside. It has the 300 cubic inch 6-cylindar engine, 4-speed manual transmission, and 4 wheel drive. I bought it because I thought it looked pretty cool, and am fixing it up. Now I've come to realize that it is a bit of a rarity, and I can hardly find anything about them in the internet. Anyone out there have any info about the '87 flaresides? Like how much they're worth?

flaresides aren't real common, but i would not call them rare by any means. In 1987 there were only a few made early in 87 with left over beds from the 80-86's. They did however swap the dually fenders onto it from the 87's.

I cant seem to track down any actual numbers, but i would say its more rare than most other years. Now if you had a 1987 flareside nite, you would have the most rarest ford evar!
