1978 F150 4x4 trailer special

I'm on the fence about selling this truck but can't find anything to gauge a price by. It is extended cab , long bed , p/s ,p/b , a/c , 4x4 , 351m , auto , almost completely original ( aftermarket radio ) , just over 60k , purchased from a friend that ordered it in 77 . Needs a restoration due to some rust in the cab and the fact it has been sitting for several years .

Some pics would help:)

Just by your description id say in the 2-2500 range depending on where you live...

BUt some pics and location would help alot. A 78 150 in decent shape in Northern WIsconsin is worth more then one in south texas...

Location location location...it matters in vehicle sales too. In my area a vehicle that needs a restoration could still be a 4-5k truck...but once you mention that four letter 'r' word, you just became a 2k truck.

R is for cancer on vehicles....so I think these fellas are right on for price and what I'd pay also.

How much did you pay for it is the real question?
