I recently acquired a 1970 f250 camper special 2x4 with a 390 when I bought out the contents of an old auto repair shop. The truck was inspected in 1994 then put in storage and periodically started and driven around the block until 2016 when I bought it. You can tell it wasn't babied and it has some battle scars. I drove it 70 miles home on semi back roads with no issues. It certainly isn't all original as it looks like the side compartments have been removed etc.
I had some big plans for it, but am also trying to get my 1994 lighting on the road and have some fun with my 16 f150 3.5 eco and we have a 9 month old. So when when one of the guys helping to do some work at the house asked how much I might sell it for, I was intrigued, but had no idea what a fair price is. Again I bought it with a package of other items so it didnt have a specific price.
I can get more pics now that the PAweather is cooperating. Looking at some of your projects on the forum makes me regret even considering selling it, but I guess you have to thin the herd sometimes...sigh.
