    I have 225000 miles on my 1999 f150. As most of you already know, I was thinking about changing the timing chains and lifters;But I was wondering with that kind of mileage, Should I just rebuild it? I don't want to, just don't want to put all that time in and then have to tear it back down...

    Thank you for your advice. I also found step by step instructions at auto zone .com. All you do is create account,enter vehical type and year and go to repair guides. I will also try to learn how to link how to videos, that I see in the future.
