rear seat

i need to raise the back seat in my '91 ext cab. need to raise it 3 to 4 inches. any ideas on how to do this?

Get mounts from 94 up truck as they r higher from factory or buy a Kit for it (good luck on finding one.) They should bolt up same as yours ...

I only have 3 93 down sc I know of no help there.

thanks for the suggestion, i think i'm gonna try some c-channel. i found some 4 inch, gonna see if this will work.

Here are some pics of a kit that was purchased from JC Whitney 10 yrs ago for my 79 supercab

rear seat lift block for p/s

This set up allows for 4" lift w/ seat set up and still have the 4" w/ the seat folded down for a solid platform. You also need to provide for extending the seat belts to accomadate for the seat being raised and also the latch assembly to lock the back part of the bench has to be either modified or relocated.
