I'm too stupid to feed myself. Seriously- I miss meals because I get busy doing something else, and don't remember to stop for food.

*Thus far, I've figured out the problem before I starved...but there have been nights when I've had cereal for supper at midnight because I didn't remember to eat anything until after I'd gone to bed, and then was too lazy to make real food.

you need someone to cook for you. They can freeze it in gladware containers and then it's super easy to heat up. I do it all the time
