What did you do to your Dent today

I will buy one eventually. We have on junk yard here unless I go to spaldings or pull n save but they only have like 4 dents each and I'm sure they are stripped down like no other b now. The junk yard in my area has lots of classics go through but the dents seem to be there for about a month the. Scrapped and they are a rip off. It's cheaper to just buy complete trucks. I may buy a runnin and driving 74 super can for 375. The doors up is roust and dent free. Plus it has a 390 in it that ill stuff in my truck if its a good runner.

A little dusty.....tires were low (27 lbs on both front and 17 lbs on both rears), but fired right up.....good to see it out after a long winter!

Drove it in town...no flat spots.

Love my King Ranch but it doesn't come close to what the dent is and represents!

Oh ya, pulling it out of storage is nice. Dammit, it makes me want to go get mine 8 hrs away.

Sweet and I love the pics. Your right though, the new trucks just don't have the true "truck" feeling. And representation as these old dents. I would take one though.

Nice pictures Ken. Are you going to pull the other dent out soon ?

It's in a garage out back. ...need a few more warm weeks (maybe 1) before I can pull her out. Snow.

I was so excited that I went and started it this afternoon.....sounded awesome and fired right up!

I had just got my Dent out of storage about two or three weeks ago, and I had put new carpeting in the cab, and while I was cruising with it I had stopped at Home Depot and picked up some landscape timbers, mulch, and some bagged top soil, although my Dent is just for cruisin' and other recreational pursuits, but it had to do a little bit of work. But you can't beat the style and character of those Dents, gotta love 'em, :nana: :nana: :nana:

Looks reeeeeeeeeeeally good Ken. Everyone pulling their rigs out is turning in to some serious motivation.

Returned from vacation, getting to work on the 79 SCSB

Changed plugs, went Motorcraft Platinums( had to rethread 2 holes and chased all for good measure). Changed oil and filter, installed new air filter, installed 2 new gas caps as the others failed. Installed my LED lights. Installed my hat rack.
Going to try and see if I can finish my mirror install, bolt down my bed tool box see how far the tube grill install goes. Still need to install the new slotted and drilled rotors along with new bearings seals and new brake pads. Still got to install new front taller springs and if they work and don't throw the alignment too far off great if not i am going to make new beam and arm dropdown brackets. Still need to find me a rear stock chrome bumper and brackets, so I can get measurements and build a new tucked up high trailer hitch. Here's a little soft porn in way of tool box art( so I call it and you gotta love Miss America). I still have to repaint the box, but I think I may wait till the whole truck gets done so the paint matches.

I snapped the left turn cam lock off the turn signal switch. Looks like they don't manufacture a replacement for the plastic cam. Replacement is going to be about $200(Tilt wheel with auto), and they are hard to find.
