I've been on FMLA before. It is a pita, but at least it save your job.

Yes and I am getting 60% of my pay with the STD but if my doctors office doesn't do it's share by tomorrow morning my case will be suspended until they do. That could cost me my STD and force me back to work. If I go to work in my condition, I will land back in the hospital. Ugh.

I just pray they answer one single question FMLA has and I'll be alright!!

I got my STD taken care of so I can breath now knowing my job is safe and I will have a little money soon.
