My thoughts exactly. However, I really need to start researching it. I dunno what kit to go with and what or how it would effect an EFI system...yadda yadda yadda.

Ben get the UFS kit from above mentioned site.
Get the short block its 1k more but all the oiling mods are already done to it.

Efi and stroker motor's work, you just need to upgrade your fuel delivery and get it tuned.
