Ford F-250 Axle question

I have a 92 ford f-250 with a 5 speed manual and a 5.0L engine, it looks like it has a 10.25 rear end but it is not a full floating rear. What is it and what kind of weight can it carry.

Thanks in advance,
Denis

5.0L? That's a pretty rare engine to have in a 3/4 ton. If you're sure it's not s full floater then are you sure it's not a rebadged F150? It should have a 10.25. Does it have the big hubs sticking through the centers of the rear wheels? (could be covered by a center cap). No hubs = no full floater.

Yes they had 302 and 5 spd in them In 93 94 it was hard to find 351 at local dealer for some reason. I had a 300-6 in a 92 350 . Every area dealer ordered different stuff.

The rear is a light duty rear no hubs. . Pay load ??? Usually saw them on 3/4 vans here .

So if I'm understanding correctly-- the 3/4 ton trucks with a 5.0L have an 8.8" rear end? Wouldn't that just make it a half ton? [confused]

I have seen these before. it is a 10.25 semi floating as someone else said here. From the shop manual, the axle is rated at 5,300 where as the full floater is 6,250.
