Matt double check the wires, 18436572 is the firing order. Standard blue streak ignition components are what you should be using. A multimeter can tell you if you have a wire that is bad.

The easiest way to pinpoint it is pull 1 wire at a time while it is running. Which ever one doesn't make a difference in how it runs is the culprit.

Finally got a chance to work on this yesterday, turned out my brand new cap was bad. Exchanged it and it runs like new.

Thanks to everyone for the help, especially whoever said the new parts might be bad.
