That looks stellar, great job.

The wheel does stick out a little, but it's not obscene with the seat color. Maybe if you put on one of those nicer black steering wheel covers it can tie it all together.

Thanx Ryan.
We are thinkin on the same page about the steering wheel.
I was also thinking about a nice black leather wrap.
The center peice on the wheel is a more of brownish looking shade,so
it looks ok...Thnx.:)

Oh,do need to get black seatbelts,an do something about the firewall pad.
Oh,thnx Roy...

? about the can under the hood....

Theres a can mounted under the hood on the fender well,it appears to
be like a can ham can.Well I was wondering if that came stock with the
truck,or if someone added it,but I do know,it sure does come in handy,
I keep some assential tools in there like screwdrivers, pliers, afew wrenches...smilieFordlogo

morning cb,
that wood is spruce and sometimes is really rough, being it was only ever intended as support (like a pallet) although the crate wood in your pic looks pretty clean. Are you planning on painting it? Cedar rails look great stained on a truck.

Well,I was going to hit it with a handgrinder wih sanding disc to put a
kinda burn effect on it.

I can do one up first an see what it looks like,an if it dont turn out,I will
scrap the idea an use the wood for fence repair,or a flower bed boarder.

Thnx.I left the sanding disc at shop,I will have to getit.
I will sand a little peice first,an see what it looks like before I actualy
do any construction. It dont take long with that hand grinder...:p

sounds like you've had lots of practice with your hands....:wasntme:

opps, wrong thread, lol!

ya, love all the power tools I have. Makes for quick work, sometimes...

Yep...I didnt intend to use the hand grinder for final sanding,I was only
using it to get my shape...oops,that dont sound right...:headbang:

But the arm rest did come out pretty good,an the burn made the grain
come out.So Im thinkin it might perform a miracle on that wood.:)
