Hey guys need a expert on the np 205 transfer case. I rebuilt my NP205 t-case myself and seems I ran into a slight problem. Anyway Im about done with it or so I thought. My question is I put my rear output shaft in my t-case and everything spins freely like its suppose too, however when i put...
its a single cab long box so theres no carrier bearing. I do happen to have aggressive mud tires on it but they are in good shape and other ideas you guys can think of. Would you guys think if the previous owner didn't mark the driveshaft to reinstall it would cause a vibration?
I have a nasty vibration that starts at 45 mph and it doesn't stop. U-joints in the driveshaft look good and the weight is still on the driveshaft do you with the driveshaft needs rebalanced? Its so bad I can't put my hand on the 2wd and 4wd selector stick because its vibrating so much. My truck...

After all day I got her running. I replaced the ignition module, pickup coil in the distributor and then finally the ignition coil on top of the engine. Now it starts up ones you touch the key.

I checked all of the wiring and all of the lightbulbs, everything looked fine. I may place a bigger amperage fuse in it for temporary. The original fuse that was in it was a 20 amp that I blew a few days ago, and the fuse panel says I only need a 15 amp. Previous owner told me it only blew on...

Well guys Ill retract my previous statement. Seems like I got a wiring issue. Like I said I put the fuse in and everything worked fine. I just blew it again and I put another one in and it blew that one too. I have no brake lights either and only one reverse light works. Where should I start...
ok thank you. I checked the fuses and the turn signal fuse was blown. I managed to find a fuse in the glove compartment that was the correct size and 15 amps. I put that in and that fuse blew too. Im not sure what to do now.
As some of you may know I just bought a 79 f150. Anyway the turn signals just quit on me today. Turn signal arrows don't light up either can some one point me in the right direction thanks.
