Thanks amkatt! It isn't done yet though, just ran outta time this year. I rely on this thing to get me to work with the harsh winters we have here sometimes. So, a lot of the changes i'll be making to it will have to hold out till next spring.

Meant to say, this was over a span of 13 months, looking at the pics now, of the solid axle swap, and the whole transformation of this truck in general almost seems surreal to me now. But, I love it! All the hard work paid off!

You should buy the leveling springs that I used to have on my truck off me ;) I'll sell em to ya cheap. Hell, i'd probably even throw in the camber bushings for the front end too! Good looking truck though, I always loved that color combo, you got the good wheels too!

My step-dad's 65' is the same way, I personally like the rake look on a 2wd myself also. If you really wanna lift the front end up, couldn't you maybe use coil spring spacers?
