Here's the rundown.
Replaced one battery (did not have the funds for 2) the amps flickered between 14 & 13 when I was driving. But whent to 14 when idling and the battery light whent off. My thaught is a bad battery.

I had the altinator checked advanced auto said it's good. Droped off the batteries for charging and checking. Any thoughts what it could be does the PCM control the charging circuit or just monitor it?
I would rather get the 140 BUT I'm stranded and all thay have is a 110amp in stock.So it's going to get a 110amp and hope I can exchange it for a 140 when I get home.

now its very hard to start how much fuel pressure should i have to the filter? I'm going to replace the return lines as well are they special line or can I use regular fuel line
thanks for the advice I'm going to work on it tomorrow. I'm hoping that the injector pump dos not have power to the fuel cut off. But I think the injector pump is shot.
I got a Hanes manual but it did not cover how to bleed the fuel system. should I just crack the line at the injector and crank it when I do not any more bubbles I close the fitting.thanks

Cracked the fuel line coming from the manual fuel pump to the filter and cranked it, got fuel. Cracked the line from filter to injector pump on both ends and cranked it, got fuel. cracked line from injector pump to injector and got nothing! so I guess its the injector pump...
little history on the truck just changed the batteries 2 weeks ago ran fine last Sunday it sat for a week and went to start it today. It started ran wrought then quit. it will only start if I let it set for a couple of minutes then as I crank it I pump the hell out of it then it starts runs...
You could buy My 86 351W HO it idles fine when not in gear it needs a carb rebuild. It will work out just fine you'll see. we got a deal?
