Has any one done a ZF 5speed in a 96 bronco where an automatic has been? I'm not worried about the mechanics of it,it's the computer that bothers me...I have searched and can't find a solution to the computer problems it would cause. Any one have any ideas?

I have got a 4.6 in a Tbird I'm want to do an engine transplant in a 74 pickup.The engine sparkknocks continuously at operating tempeture.....My thoughts was a knock sensor,but no one list one for a 4.6 in a 97 tbird...any sugestions? Thanks...
