Here's these, they would look good with the inside black resprayed, chrome looked pretty good. But the studs looked like they may have been butchered, from the quick glance that I took of them.

I have seen that set before. He has had them listed for a while. The pins are butchered and I think he wants too much since they are butchered. The condition is perfect for me because the rest of the truck is not perfect, that's why I really don't want to spring for re-pops, they would look out of place. I have one more local guy to try and get a hold of and if I still come up empty handed, I may buy the butchered ones.

Ya, they did look pretty butchered compared to the NOS "custom" bedside emblems I bought off the bay. I really dnt know how one would get the pins butchered like that, the pins of these old emblems are usually still good

But they would work with some modifications, of course the price is a lil steep if you gotta do extra work, but if they're hard to find in your area or no members have any, u may have to get em.

A salvage yard bout 40 mins away from me has a quite a few, but Im sure the chrome would be pitted and nt great condition(saw from a distance

Hay...........how do ya remove and replace those cowl F250 plaques with the pins in the back. Can't get to the back. I duno, maybe i've forgoton now.

I originally thought a steering wheel from 78-86 would work as it did on my 79 column for my Blue truck, but I think I'm wrong so on to plan B. Thanks.

Duncan's been cornering the market on dent parts. If I remember correctly, he's got 3 of those pads.

You might want to check Dennis Carpenter, they have several shrouds available from original Ford tooling.
