Update: new pins and bushings in steering knuckle. Nothing changed. The pins are moving in the axle, despite the wedge bolt. Ideally, best thing (I think) would be to bushing the axle back to stock pin size. What I did was install a set screw opposite the wedge bolt . And it lasted till a week...

What's the bearing preload, was just snug. Figure snug then up to the next cotterpin slot !??
