how do you insert an image and i will show you what im talking about,i dont understand the whole URL thingy.

Get the URL for the image ending in something like .jpg or .gif, etc.

Then wrap it in IMG tags like this:

[img]http://www.photobucket.com/photo.jpg[/img]
