What is this wire connector?

2 spade female connectors side by side appear to be black wire and white wire. Left fender beside vacuum can.
Look to be part of original wiring.
1978 F 350 Camper Special.

Since I don't see a windshield washer reservoir down below, it is probably the connector for the pump in the bottom of the washer reservoir.

im not sure what its for but the one on my truck has a wire coming out of one and into the other. and its a factory looking job. the washer fluid connectors are usually more of like an oval and are straight not at an L shape.

Yes that is the same wire

Mine does not have a jumper and my washer wires are on the washer pump so its not the pump wire is to short for that.
